Cutmaster manual plasma cutting systems

Thermal Dynamics, an ESAB brand, has introduced two Cutmaster manual plasma cutting systems.

Cutmaster 50+ has a recommended pierce and cut capacity of 5/8 in. and severs metal up to 1-1/4 in. thick. The unit has a rated cutting output of 50 amps at 60% duty cycle. Cutmaster 70+ has a recommended pierce and cut capacity of 3/4 in. and severs metal up to 1-1/2 in. It has a rated cutting output of 70 amps at 60% duty cycle.

Weighing 35.3 lbs. each, the machines are available in 110- to 240-V one-phase and 480-V three-phase primary power versions. They come with an SL60 1Torch, Black Series consumables, and a 15-ft. cable. Features include a 4.3-in. TFT LCD and 14-pin CPC port.

For straight line cutting and gouging applications controlled with a start/stop switch, users can add the ESAB MechPak, which includes a 180-degree torch and all required hardware.
